Is your pottery Handmade?

Yes!, everything starts out as a block of clay and I build it into its final form. 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that international shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Can I place a custom order?

Currently I am not accepting custom orders.

How do I care for my pottery?

I recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your pottery. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals when cleaning your pottery. Please do not put your piece in the microwave or dishwasher. 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All of my pottery is handmade, I do not keep a large inventory on hand. If an item is out of stock, you will see a message indicating that the item is currently unavailable.

How do I contact customer service?

You can contact me via email at info@tiedtotheoceanstudio.ca or through the contact form on the website. I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.

How can I pay for my order?

I accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment information is securely processed through the payment gateway to ensure your privacy and security.
